Day out with Thomas

On Friday May 27th we decided to do The Day Out with Thomas train ride in Heber Valley. When we woke up Friday morning London wasnt feeling good. Her ear hurt so she was cranky but because we already bought the tickets we decided to drive up to Heber anyways. When we got up there we met my parents. We got in to the area and played their little games. London loved the mini golf they had. She hit the ball into the hole, once in a while she couldnt get the club to hit the ball because the club was bigger then she was. Then we got fake tattoos. London got Thomas the Train on her hand, Teagan got a green train on his arm, and I got a purple train on my hand. Then we got some balloon animals made. When the man was making London a butterfly the balloon pooped and scared the crap out of her. She didnt want anything to do with the balloons after that. Teagan had a monkey made for him. He loved it. He destroyed it by the time we got in the car to go home. We got on the train and went for a 25 mins ride. It was fun. You get to look at the houses and the animals in the area. But it was long enough for the kids. They didnt want to sit much longer. We got our picture taken with Thomas and headed for lunch. The kids couldnt last much longer. We went to Dairy Keen for lunch. It was way yummy. Teagan ate really good and London hardly touched her food and fell asleep on grandmas arm. She was exhausted. After lunch we headed home to get the kids to sleep. It was a really fun morning and we are for sure doing it in years to come.

Here are the kids in the train conductor hats they got at the Dairy Keen:
