Derek was painting Abbie's new room (Teagans old room) and Teagan said "um maybe I don't want to share rooms with London anymore." He wanted his old room back.
Kristen (nanny) was watching a commercial on tv and they said "sold by the square foot" and Teagan said "what a square foot?!"
